Motorhome Adventures is a trading name of Motorhome Hire Adventure Ltd. We are responsible for the personal information you provide through this website. Contact hello@motorhomeadventures.co.uk with questions about your information or to exercise your rights.
Requesting your Tour Guide
We collect your first name and email address to send the Discover Poland Tour Guide you request. Requesting the guide does not subscribe you to general marketing emails, reserve a place or create a booking.
After requesting the guide, you may optionally tell us whether you are considering the tour. We use that answer to understand interest in Discover Poland. If you separately ask for a personal conversation, we use your email address and any telephone number you choose to provide to respond about the tour. You do not have to answer the optional questions to receive the guide.
Our lawful basis for responding to these requests and understanding demand is our legitimate interest in providing information people ask for and managing relevant enquiries. Optional analytics uses your consent. We will seek a separate permission before adding you to general marketing communications.
Technical information and service providers
We record the request time, a request reference and, where present, campaign labels from the link you followed (UTM source, medium, campaign and content). These help us understand which links generate enquiries. Do not include personal details in campaign links. A short-lived hash of the requesting network address is used to limit repeated submissions. Hosting services may also maintain technical access and security logs.
Guide requests and optional answers are stored on our hosting account outside the public website folder. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. The new Tour Guide form does not forward requests to the older enquiry-form automation. If you allow analytics, Google also processes website usage information as described in our cookie information. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and qualification access tokens are not included in our custom analytics events.
Retention and your rights
We will keep guide requests and enquiries only for as long as needed to provide the requested information, handle relevant conversations and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. We will review records when the tour is no longer being offered and remove information that is no longer needed. Analytics choices can be changed using Cookie settings in the website footer.
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing or request a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email hello@motorhomeadventures.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
